
Access RepLink offers many tools to help build collections of products and create proposals for customers or in-house product evaluation.
The process is as simple as 1, 2, 3.
1. Choose products to present: RepLink provides a robust search engine with a nearly unlimited number of search criteria. Products can be selected based on brand, product category, keyword description, price points or other RepLink fields that can be selected and used.
All search fields are combined to help limit the search to only products of greatest interest. For example, search by price range, brand and keyword. The results will be limited to a narrow selection.
All items fitting the search criteria are displayed in the upper box and product details for a highlighted product are shown in the lower box along with the name of the rep that handles that product. Products are easily selected directly from the screen.

2. Create the proposal: RepLink has developed a simple proposal wizard that guides the process. Start at the top, add Customer Details and continue down the steps to Print.


3 .Format and send the proposal: The final step is choosing which design template to use (1/page, 3/page, 4/page, 6/page) and which file format will be most useful (Word, PDF, or Excel). Proposals can be desktop printed or emailed directly to the customer.
