The RepLink System is a giant database of incentive merchandise individually entered and updated by the companies that supply them. Using passwords, each supplier can add or delete products, change prices, insert new images, and authorize specific reps to access their information.

A few years ago, RepLink received calls from resellers asking to source products and build customer presentations like the reps who have been calling on them. They wanted access to the complete RepLink database to help them work faster and find information on their own.

So Access RepLink was created.


When a reseller decides to try Access RepLink, each local incentive rep authorizes them to view their lines. The 15-minute process includes selecting brands and setting pricing formulas that reflect the lowest and best factory-direct cost. When finished, the reseller goes online using three passwords and can search through all the authorized lines from each of the local reps: up to 50,000 products and more than 500 brands.

And because the complete system is online, changes made by suppliers are instantly displayed in Access RepLink.

Once products have been authorized for review, selecting merchandise is a simple process. The Access RepLink System features a powerful search engine with nine criteria fields that can be combined to fine tune the search results and deliver exactly what the buyer is hoping to find.

 

Search by keywords, price range, product category, how recently items have been added to the database, and even how much margin you can expect to realize.

Once products have been selected, they can be printed for customer review or exported to power award Web sites.
